The minimum age for groups A, B and G1, is 21. The minimum age for all other groups is 23 and the maximum age is 80.
The customer must have a valid driver’s licence held for at least a year.
In the event of cancellation, 20 days before the date of delivery, 50% of the total cost of the
booking will be charged.
In the event of no show, the total cost of the booking will be charged.
Advance payments are not refundable.
The customer is solely liable and must pay for all tickets and penalties resulting from any of violation of the Greek Traffic Law during the rental period. If any such administrative action is not disclosed to the company at the end of the rental period(contract), the violation will be charged to the renter.
A cash or debit card deposit is required for all rental cars that are delivered to or from the airport and port.
The customer is responsible for the payment of all gasoline consumed during the rental period. He is required to return the car with the same amount of gasoline it had when he received it. If not, he will have to pay the difference. There is no refund if there is more gasoline in the tank then when first received.
All the above are available upon request. The first baby and booster seat is free of charge. Every
additional seat is charged @ 4€ per seat per day.
All available baby/booster seats are new and meet the European safety standards.
It is mandatory by Greek law that all infants up to 3years old must be seated in safety seats whilst
in a car.
Car models are according to original planning. In case of delivery problems, we may have to offer the customer another vehicle from a better category with no extra charge. All cars are booked according to the group of car and not the car model.

After hours delivery and collection (21.00 - 07.00) are subject to a charge of 20€ and also for
delivery and collection to the far north of the island.
Some areas are charged differently due to distance. Please check our online booking system for more
details. The difference is calculated automatically upon area selection.
It is strictly prohibited to transport the rental car by ferry boat. The Zakynthos Car Rental insurance policy does not cover any cars leaving Zakynthos Island. This is only allowed upon discussion with the company and with extra charge in order for the insurance policy to be altered.

To book a car we require a 30% advance payment by bank transfer, credit card or through our online booking system.The balance of the total amount is due at time of collection.
We can deliver the car to the airport, Zakynthos Port, your accommodation or you can collect it from our office in Tsilivi. Please check our online system for the areas that are free of charge.
There is no daily kilometer limit

The rental car can be driven by two people.

C.D.W. insurance does not cover damages to the vehicle caused by negligence, on roads not covered with asphalt or any violation of the Greek Traffic Law. Any damages to the tyres, rims, undercarriage or interior of the vehicle that cannot be repaired will be paid for by the customer. Keys, canvas roofs, wheel covers and other accessories are not covered by C.D.W. insurance. Customers must inform us immediately in the event of an incident otherwise insurance may be void.
Online customers are insured for a maximum of 2 named drivers per vehicle.
